Moscow fixes the outflow of Ukrainian refugees who return to Ukraine. According to RIA Novosti, this was stated by the head of the presidential administration Sergey Ivanov. "In recent weeks, we noticed the process when some of the refugees began to return back to the southeast of Ukraine - to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions," Ivanov said at a meeting with the inhabitants of Kurilsk.

Ivanov emphasized that if Ukrainian refugees want to stay in Russia, "the holy duty of all authorities to help them in this."

Earlier, a source in the UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian issues also stated that the number of Ukrainian refugees in Russia was reduced. According to September 18, the number of citizens of Ukraine who fled to neighboring countries due to military conflict amounted to 341 thousand.

According to the prime minister of the self -proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky, up to 2.5 thousand refugees return to Lugansk daily to Lugansk and the region.

Earlier, the UN assessed the number of forced immigrants in Ukraine in 275 500 people. Another 341,000 people fled to neighboring countries, 300,000 of them to Russia. According to the UN UN UNKB on September 16, at least 3,219 people became victims of the conflict, including 33 children. Another 8198 people were injured. At the same time, the report emphasizes that these figures are probably strongly underestimated.
