The court left Vitishko in the colony

The Presidium of the Krasnodar Regional Crusade (Judge -Pod folder - Igor Galkin) rejected the cassation representation of the regional prosecutor's office to replace the eco -activist Evgeny Vitishko of the conditional term for real. This was reported by the ecological shift in the North Caucasus. Thus, Vitishko remains in the colony-settlement No. 2 in the village of Sadovy Kirsanovsky district of the Tambov region.

The cassation representation signed by the deputy prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory Valery Kruglov was submitted to the court on April 7 , but the consideration of the paper was delayed. Only on May 13, the regional court decided to transfer the complaint to the cassation instance. The first time the meeting was scheduled for July 16, but it was postponed due to the fact that the KP-2 administration did not deliver Vitishko to the pre-trial detention center, equipped with a video system with a court to participate in the hearings.

At a meeting on Wednesday, the prosecutor was personally represented by Kruglov. Among the other Leader of Yabloko, Sergei Mitrokhin, a social activist, former political prisoner, Mikhail Savva, Ekovakhta coordinator Andrei Rudomakh, came to the court.

Eco -active lawyer Marina Dubrovina, for her part, insisted on the abolition of Vitishko’s sentence and his colleague Suren Gazaryan by a conditional period. The court, however, left this decision unchanged.

At 9 am in Wednesday, before the meeting on the Vishnyakovsky bridge in Krasnodar, under which there is an intensive traffic, unknown people hung a large banner with the text "Freedom Evgeny Vitishko!". The fact that the stretch was removed was reported only after an hour and a half.

On December 20, 2013, the judge of the Tuapse City Court of the Kuban Igor Milinchuk replaced Vitishko a suspended sentence in a colony-settlement. The criminal-executive inspection insisted on tightening the punishment to the activist. On February 12, 2014, the judge of the Krasnodar Kraisud Andrei Konnov left this decision in force .

In the KP-2, Vitishko helps other prisoners in the preparation and sending of cassation complaints, and also indicates the FSINTS to their violations. The human rights activity of the political zone caused irritation of the colony administration. Vitishko received threats from the jailers.
