Obama allocated $ 25 million to Ukraine

US President Barack Obama ordered Ukraine to provide Ukraine $ 25 million for military spending. This was reported in a memorandum published on the White House website.

All powers on this issue will be assumed by US Secretary of State John Kerry. According to the document, 5 million dollars are sent to Ukraine for the training of military personnel, another 20 million dollars will go to the purchase of non -lethal weapons.

The memorandum notes that military assistance to the Government of Ukraine is "in order to promote its efforts to respond to the current crisis."

On Thursday, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko visited the USA visit of the United States, where he performed in Congress, and also held negotiations with Obama. During the meeting, Poroshenko received consent from the United States to provide Ukraine with additional political, economic and military assistance.
