The meeting will be held in the Lefortovo court at 15:00.
Earlier, the arrest of Oleg Sentsov was extended until October 11.
According to Sentsov, employees of Russian law enforcement agencies detained him in Crimea on May 10. However, officially his detention was issued on May 11. On May 19, information appeared that he was transferred to the Moscow pre -trial detention center. On May 30, the Russian FSB reported on the detention of members of the Right Sector diversion-terrorist group in Crimea, whose members are suspected of preparing sabotage and terrorist acts in a number of cities of the peninsula.
Sentsov is charged with part 1 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code (organization of the terrorist community) and paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 205 (terrorist act committed by an organized group). He is also accused of preparing for the terrorist attack (part 1 of Article 30 and Part 2 of Article 205) and the attempt on the illegal acquisition of weapons and explosives (part 3 of Article 30 and part 3 of Article 222).
According to investigators, Sentsov organized a terrorist group. Gennady Afanasyev, Alexei Chirniy and Alexander Kolchenko allegedly entered it. There are four criminal episodes: the arson of the buildings of the Russian community of Crimea and the Simferopol branch of the United Russia party on April 14 and 18, as well as the preparation of explosions at the monument to Lenin and the Eternal Flame on May 9.
According to the investigation, no later than April 10, Sentsov instructed Afanasyev and Chirnia to make an explosion of the monument to Lenin. On April 29, Chirniy met with a certain Pirogov, who has knowledge in the field of chemistry and explosives. He asked him to make explosive devices. As follows from the case file, on May 8-9 Pirogov handed over to the dummies of the bombs "as part of an operational experiment".
By a resolution of the investigator Sentsov, he was forcibly recognized as a citizen of Russia and is deprived of the right to date with the Ukrainian consul. Politzek himself protests against attempts to deprive him of the citizenship of Ukraine.
The Politzek claims that torture was applied to him in the SBU SSB occupied by the FSB immediately after the abduction of May 10, even before the first official interrogation. As Sentsov explained, the Russian security forces demanded that he testify from him, according to which the customers of the crimes imputed to him were the leadership of Ukraine and the leaders of the Euromaidan. When the director refused, the security forces promised to introduce him to the organizer of the terrorist attacks and retrained his charges of more difficult articles. In Lefortovo, the security forces threatened him with a murder.
