The Bank of Russia withdrew license at once with three banks: Esidbank LLC, Prioritum Bank OJSC and LLC KB Soyuzprombank . This is stated in the messages of the regulator.
Licenses respond from September 30. A temporary administration has been appointed in the Financials.
LLC "Esidbank"
“The bank pursued a highly -risk credit policy related to the placement of funds in low -quality assets. As a result of the implementation of the requirements of the supervisory authority on the formation of reserves adequate to the accepted risks, the credit institution has completely lost its own funds (capital), ”the regulator says in a statement. At the same time, the bank’s reporting “did not fully reflect information about the unsatisfied requirements of creditors and depositors, which testified to its significant inaccuracy,” the report said.
In addition, Esidbank LLC did not comply with the requirements of the law on countering the laundering of income received by criminal means - he did not send information on transactions subject to compulsory control on time. “During 2013, Esidbank LLC was involved in conducting dubious cash transactions, the total volume of which amounted to about 2 billion rubles,” the Central Bank said.
LLC KB Soyuzprombank
The Bank “pursued a highly risked credit policy and did not create adequate reserves adopted by accepted risks for possible losses on loans. The rules of internal control of the bank in the field of countering the legalization (laundering) of the proceeds received by criminal means and the financing of terrorism did not meet the requirements of the Bank of Russia. At the same time, a credit institution was involved in the implementation of dubious operations related to the withdrawal of funds abroad. The management and owners of the bank did not take the necessary measures to normalize its activities, ”the Central Bank reports.
OJSC Priority Bank
According to the regulator, the bank did not create "adequate reserves adopted by accepted risks. In connection with the loss of liquidity, the credit institution did not ensure the timely fulfillment of obligations to creditors. The leaders and owners of OJSC Priority Bank did not take effective measures to normalize its activities and restore the financial situation. ”
