The sentence to Mikhail Savva was left unchanged

The Krasnodar Regional Court upheld the verdict on human rights activist Mikhail Savva, a professor at the Kuban State University. This is reported by Radio Liberty with reference to Savva's lawyer Marina Dubrovina. Earlier, Savva was found guilty of fraud and sentenced to three years in a suspended colony.
