The centurion refused to write an explanation

The district police commissioner came to the home of journalist Alexander Sotnik, as agreed, to hand him a form for writing an explanation in connection with the statement of Penza official Andrei Palaznik. At the same time, according to the policeman, the statement remained at the station. After the district police officer informed Sotnik that he had the right to refuse to write an explanation on the basis of Article 51 of the Constitution, the journalist immediately refused. The district police officer told Sotnik that he should sign, the journalist in response offered to invite attesting witnesses. This visit ended.
