The Investigative Committee presented to the actor-acting artist Peter Pavlensky the charge under Article 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism) for holding the Freedom action. This was reported by Interfax with reference to his lawyer Dmitry Dinze.

Three participants - Pavlensky, anarchists Yaroslav Gradil and Maria Alexandrova - were detained and delivered to the city OP -78. They were charged with part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), which provides for up to 15 days of arrest.

Later, Alexandrov, who has a young child, was released before the trial. Meanwhile, Pavlensky and Gradil spent two days in the OP-78. However, on February 25, the Dzerzhinsky district court of St. Petersburg justified both activists .

Subsequently, Pavlensky was fined 10 thousand rubles in another administrative case, initiated in connection with the Freedom action. He was found guilty under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in violation of the procedure for conducting "spontaneous picket".

On March 21, Pavlensky, Alexandrova and Gradil took searches against the Vandalism case struck in connection with the “Freedom” action . After searches, they were questioned as witnesses.
