Mironov asked him to let him go away about a lower -off wizard. The investigator asked to conclude the other Russia in custody. He motivated this by the fact that Mironov previously convicted and does not have Moscow registration.
The lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky, who defended Mironov, said that he would appeal the court decision on the arrest of the other Russia.
On the morning of Friday, the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate reported that Mironov was detained in the case of hooliganism , initiated after a brawl at a concert.

As stated on the VK page of "another Russia", in Moscow, Mironov was "on the strengthening of the metropolitan department" and was engaged in the organization of pickets to collect "help of Novorossia." He was detained on Thursday afternoon in the basement of residential building No. 13 on Leningradsky Prospekt, where the Bunker of another Russia is located and the humanitarian aid collected by National Bolsheviks is stored. The detention was made by FSB operatives together with the police.
The case of a brawl at Makarevich’s concert at the Moscow International House of Music was opened on September 26 , the next day after the incident. It is open under part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code, which provides for up to five years of the colony.
The incident occurred "somewhere in the 38th minute of the performance," said one of the students of the concert. Five to six men aged 25-30 years, who were in the VIP zone, got up and began to chant "Makarevich-traitor, sold their homeland", as well as scatter leaflets.
Makarevich said: "Thank you, if you finished, let me, I will continue the concert." The guards brought the rowlars. Soon, however, it turned out that they sprayed pepper gas in the hall. Therefore, the concert had to be interrupted for a while in order to ventilate the hall.
The responsibility for the trick was taken by the "other Russia" of Eduard Limonov. The text of leaflets scattered in the hall was published on the VK party of the party. The other Russians called Makarevich an adaptive and "supporter of the Kyiv punishers", and also demanded that the musician be expelled from the country and deprive him of Russian citizenship.
On the evening of September 26, a certain activist of another Russia named Artem assured the Moscow Radio Says Moscow that the party is not going to tear Makarevich’s concerts in the future . “We have already conducted this action,” said the other Russia. “I think he understood everything.”
He also opposed the persecution of party members who staged a brawl at a concert. “I do not consider this a criminal offense, I do not think that a person should go to jail for this, receive a suspended term or even pay a fine,” he explained. “We do not spit on the law - we just endure it a little.”
