Fines for violation of parking.

For violation of traffic rules, the following types of fines are provided:

1. Fulfillment for violation of the rules for parking
   (Art. 12.16 Part 5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation),

2. A fine for non -payment of parking or for incorrect parking

3. A fine for violation of the speed limit and other traffic violations.

In accordance with part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, non -payment of the fine for 60 days,
entails the imposition of an administrative fine in a two -time amount from the amount of the fine, but not less than one thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for up to 15 (fifteen) days. In addition, information about the debtor in automatic mode is transmitted
to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
