
The Moscow City Court left in the pre -trial detention center the St. Petersburg Rufer Vladimir Podrezov, accused of involvement in the coloring of the star on the Stalinsky High School Spire on the Kotelnichee embankment of the capital. This was reported by RAPSI. The lawyer in his appeal sought to transfer Polovzov under house arrest, but the decision of the Tagansky district court to conclude Rufer in the pre -trial detention center was confirmed by a higher authority.
Sharzov was detained in St. Petersburg on August 26. He was charged with parts of 2 articles 213 and 214 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism and vandalism committed by a group of persons), which, respectively, seven and three years of colony. On August 28, the judge of the Tagan district court Sofya Prokhorova arrested Rufer .
In early September, it was reported that investigator Dmitry Minov was seeking a pre -trial agreement from Polzov . He demands that the arrested plead guilty and testify not only to Mustang, but also at Beisjampers Alexander Pogrebov, Alexei Shirokhovokhov, Anna Lepeshkin and Evgeny Korotkov, previously placed under house arrest, and for some other alleged accomplices.
The cuts, however, refused to testify. Rufer’s lawyer noted: "He has nothing to admit and stipulate others." According to the lawyer, the shates, having arrived at the Kotelnichesky house with the Ukrainian ruffer Pavel Ushevts (Grisha Mustang), who took responsibility for the action, did not know about the plans and did not rise to the spire with him.
Meanwhile, Kirill Ishutin, acting as the main witness of the prosecution, testified both against Prazov and against Mustang. He called Pyrezov’s girlfriend the third participant in the action, nicknamed the Angel. According to the witness, the pieces and angels were on the roof with Mustang when he painted the star. At the same time, Ishutin said that with four Beisjamperes did not know, and they denied their involvement in the action.
At the same time, the witness himself is under arrest in the case of drug storage, which allegedly discovered from him during a search.
Later, the accusations of hooliganism and vandalism were also brought in absentia to the Uthanets . The Ukrainian athlete was put on the international wanted list.
On October 1, the Uchets sold one of the pairs of sneakers , in which he was on the roof of the skyscraper, the Kiev businessman Vyacheslav Konstantinovsky. The amount of the transaction amounted to 150 thousand hryvnias. Rufer intends to spend the proceeds to pay lawyers to Prazov and Beisjamper.
The Uchetsya is going to send the second sneakers to Russian investigators as evidence of their own involvement of the action and non -involvement of the current accused to it.
