Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow arrested the natives of Ingushetia Adam Oscanov and Magomed Tochiev, involved in the incident from riot police at the historical mosque in the capital on September 26. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the court. Oscanov was arrested until November 25, tochiev - until the 26th.
According to the Caucasian Knot, the arrest decisions were issued on October 2. The next day, the Zamoskvoretsky interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee brought Oscanov and Tochiev the charges under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), which provides for up to five years of the colony.
Another 33 participants in the incident were sentenced to administrative arrests for two to three days.
Oscanov - the same detainee at the mosque, whose beating by the riot police caused the protests of the Muslim prayers and was the reason for their confrontation with the security forces. Oscanov was detained for a light accident: in a hurry to pray, he parked in the wrong place, and after the police remark, he was going to drive away the car and accidentally touched one of the security forces, without causing him any harm.
Tochiev was one of those who burst into the riot police to free the beaten Oscanov. The decision to attract Tochiev as the accused says that he "grabbed the employee by the left hand and, pulling himself with force, trying to pull the latter out of the office bus to pass into the bus interior, caused him physical pain and broke a uniform jacket."
Meanwhile, videos from the scene of the incident, as well as evidence of eyewitnesses, refute the allegations of the investigation department. “Naturally, none of the believers began and could not interfere with the employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in his mockery of the believer,” wrote the author of one of the videos . “As soon as they entered the bus, the doors closed and I, who made a prayer right in front of the doors, heard the offensive speech of riot police and the blows of such a force that the bus was shaking.”
Omonovites freed Oscanov after an non -violent confrontation, when hundreds of Muslims surrounded the bus.
