Mari El resident is fined for the publication of the song in VKontakte

The Medvedevsky District Court Mari El fined a resident of the district center, the village of Medvedevo, Nikolai Lozhkin for 1000 rubles for the publication on the personal page of the VKontakte group of the Kolovrat group "Heroes of the ROA". This was reported on Saturday by the regional prosecutor's office. 23-year-old Lozhkin was found guilty under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials) and received a minimum possible punishment.

The case against the resident of the district center was opened by the prosecutor’s office on the materials of the audit conducted with the participation of the regional CPE. At the same time, by the time the decision was made, Lozhkin removed the song from his page.

The decision on the fine has not yet entered into legal force. Whether Lozhkin will appeal him, is not specified.

Kolovrat is the most famous domestic rock band of Nazi ideology. The federal list of extremist materials includes several dozen songs and texts of the group . The text of the "Heroes of the ROA" is listed in the list under No. 1240 . It was recognized as extremist material on February 16, 2012, the Comintern District Court of Voronezh.
