The dollar exchange rate for the first time in history exceeded the mark of 40 rubles. This is a consequence of the economic difficulties that the country has been faced with, enhanced by the consequences of the Ukrainian policy of the Kremlin. Or vice versa: Crimea and east of Ukraine pulled the book of Russian currency. We’ll talk about this in the program.
