In Moscow, a civil activist, publicist Pavel Shekhtman, was detained. 
According to Kasparov.ru, now Shekhtman is located in the Krylatskoy police department. At the Department of Internal Affairs, the Chelnokov duty officer told The New Times that the IVS does not provide information on detainees. When asked who provides such information, the duty officer replied that it was necessary to contact either those bodies that conducted the detention, or with a lawyer. According to the duty officer, they do not have information about who is appointed lawyer on duty.
The New Times is trying to contact the lawyer on duty to confirm the fact of detention of the activist and establish the cause.
