upd: According to the lawyer, Shekhtman is charged with paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as at humiliating the dignity of a person or a group of persons on the grounds of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as membership in any social group, committed publicly or using mass media or information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, with the use of violence or with the threat of its use). Moreover, hatred or enmity, according to the investigation, Shekhtman aroused “quilted jackets” in relation to the social group.
