
Civil activist and publicist Pavel Shekhtman on Thursday was released from the temporary detention center of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Western District of Moscow. According to the correspondent of the "faces", a non -departure subscription was taken from the activist. On the eve of the Kuntsevsky district court refused the investigation in his arrest.
Shekhtman was charged under paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred and enmity with the threat of violence), he faces up to five years in the colony.
The case was opened for Shekhtman on August 15 on a personal page on Facebook by the repost of the publication of the Ukrainian blogger Roman Davidenko, where in particular it was stated that "prisoners of the Ukrainian military who refuse to comment on the Russian channels are killing terrashists." Shekhtman accompanied his repost with a comment: “Ukrainians! I hope you will not let Stenin go?! I hope you shoot him? Kill all these whores from different NTV and the first channels, kill, kill like frantic dogs!” (Andrei Stenin - RIA Novosti photoreporter, which disappeared in early August in eastern Ukraine. It was originally reported that Stenin was detained by Ukrainian security forces, but later it turned out that he was killed.)
Now this repost is blocked; Shekhtman himself, meanwhile, told the "faces" that he did not delete the record.
The accusation, without differentiating the text of Davidmanko and the commentary of Shekhtman, but considering them as one publication, stated that it contains “calls for the destruction of journalists, television channels, as well as people who express a pro -Russian point of view, and immigrants from the Caucasus,” as well as signs of hatred for social (journalists) and national groups (Russians, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens, Chechens Ossetians).
The criminal case was instituted on September 30 by the Kuntsevsky inter -district department of the metropolitan administration of the Investigative Committee for the denunciation of the Russian Public Control movement. Shekhtman was detained on the afternoon of October 7th. During the search, he was seized all office equipment, as well as mobile phones. On the same day, the activist was charged.
During the interrogation of Shekhtman, the operative of the 6th department of the Moscow CPE, Captain Alexei Obniy, came to the Kuntsevsky department of the Investigative Committee (nickname among activists - Kopchik). In December 2012, the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow ordered Schekhtman to pay a trenched 50 thousand rubles of non -pecuniary damage for the Antiera of our Time posted in the “facets”, in which Shekhtman called the operative a killer, bearing the involvement of the trench and the death of the NBP activist Yuri Chervochkin in 2007. Since Shekhtman ignored the court decision, the investigator threatened him with the confiscation of the apartment. The trench also promised to visit the activist in the IVS. However, he did not fulfill this promise.

On Wednesday, the court in a closed mode considered the question of the measure of the suppression of Shekhtman. Investigator Anton Kryva insisted on the arrest of an activist. However, judge Elena Abramova refused to satisfy this petition . She pointed out that Shekhtman lives at the place of registration, and in addition, the investigation did not provide confirmation that the activist could threaten witnesses. As witnesses in the case, two Schekhtman tenants were interrogated.

Shekhtman is 47 years old, he is a native of the capital. He studied at the Moscow Historical and Archive Institute. In August 1991, he participated in the defense of the White House. He worked as a teacher in an experimental school, then he was an employee of the Internet media. Active author of Russian Wikipedia, where he wrote many articles on history.
Shekhtman came to the protest movement in early 2010. He was a regular participant in the inconsistent rallies of strategy-31, eventually advanced among the activists who determined the face of these rallies. Shekhtman also participated in the mass of other inconsistent shares in Moscow and the Moscow Region, and in November 2012 - in the Nizhny Novgorod march of regions. As of February 2012, 38 administrative detentions of the activist were listed in the police base.
In addition, Shekhtman was twice undergoing administrative arrests. The second arrest was awarded to him for the fact that in November 2012 he called a member of the Moscow PMC, the head of the organization "Officers of Russia" Anton Tsvetkova with a substituted fucker.
At the same time, the activist was engaged in city and eco-protection. He collaborated with Archnadzor and the coalition in defense of Moscow. In particular, in June 2010, Shekhtman helped Archnadzor defend an old development complex in the capital's quarter of Kadashi. By 2011, the active cooperation of Shekhtman with the movement in defense of the Khimki forest belongs. The activist several times was attacked by criminals hired by the manufacturer. In May 2011, after one of the attacks, Shekhtman was hospitalized with a fracture of the nose.
During the mass performances of 2011-2012, the activist in his publications sharply criticized the activities of the Committee of Protest Actions, which led to the opposition to defeat.
