The restaurant "Kak is" has updated its menu. This time, the main colors of the autumn season for chef Sergei Berezutsky were sea buckthorn, pumpkin, watermelon, wild mushrooms, herbs and smoked tea, evoking memories of the recent summer and anticipating the expectation of an imminent winter. Salad with goat cheese, pickled watermelon and baked beets and pumpkin soup with guinea fowl and sea buckthorn remind us of October landscapes near Moscow with their orange, burgundy and pink tones, while cappuccino of wild mushrooms and veal cheek soup with vegetables evoke associations with leisurely autumn walks through the forests of Tuscany .

For main courses, Sergei Berezutsky offers pasta with mushrooms, veal tails and smoked tea and herb sauce, grilled octopus with vegetables and kimchi sauce, halibut with saffron rice and carrot puree and sea buckthorn; and ribeye steak with parsley root puree, oyster mushrooms and pickled onions. By the way, ribeye turned out to be the most expensive dish on the new menu and costs 1 thousand 650 rubles. All other new items are priced at 390-440 rubles. for snacks and 740-890 rubles. for the main courses, which is good news. For dessert, the autumn "As It Is" menu offers chocolate with cherry sorbet, roasted apricot and tarragon sauce. Agree, this is all very autumn-like too...
