He receives “good” on top to close, but he does not hurry to transfer the matter to the archive, but begins to speculate on it. “Own” lawyers are also useful in conducting investigative actions - interrogations, confrontations, arrests, searches. When the villain is detained, in most cases he does not have money for a paid lawyer, and the law provides him with a state. Of course, we invite him. Lawyers have his own reason: they need to take a certain number of free clients in a year. He comes and works under our dictation. It remains with the detainee one on one and inclines him to give confession.

And the confessions of the accused are the best “evidence”. And sometimes investigators go to a lot to get them. For example, they ask employees of the pre -trial detention center to “connect the insulator”. There are many methods of influence on prisoners, starting from a banal press, where they are planted with deduced informers and they begin to nightmare, and ending with a hungry cinker.
