The world famous French chansonnier Charles Aznavour is hospitalized. He was sent to one of Geneva’s clinics, TASS reports with reference to the Swiss company for organizing concerts OPUS One.

"Charles Aznavour is hospitalized as a precaution due to infection picked up in recent days," the common communique said. The company emphasizes that as a result of this, today's Geneva concert of the illustrious singer, who celebrated the 90th anniversary this year, was canceled.

"The artist and organizers are actively looking for a decision to postpone this concert to another date without delay," the OPUS One promises.

On October 3, Aznavour, who lives in Switzerland, near Lausanne, was given the only and farewell concert in Moscow in the Crocus City Hall hall as part of the anniversary world tour.
