Suspend the reorganization of all educational institutions in Moscow, decisions on the reorganization of which were made in violation of existing norms (despite the negative decision of the Governing Council, in the absence of a decision by the commission to assess the consequences of the reorganization, etc.).
Inclusion in the commission for assessing the consequences of the reorganization of educational organizations, representatives of the parent communities of Moscow, the Commissioner for Human Rights, experts in the field of education independent of the Department of Education.
Annual adoption of funding standards for schools in Moscow, with indexation of per capita funding in accordance with the increase in the minimum wage.
Annual adoption of standards for financing boarding schools with appropriate indexation.
Inclusion in the list of state works along with mathematical classes and other specialized classes of various profiles.
Providing special state support to schools that work with children with disabilities, children from dysfunctional families, children with deviant behavior.
