The separatists of the southeast of Ukraine join the "Silence Regimen", declared by the Ukrainian authorities on Tuesday evening. The agreement between the separatists and the security forces of Ukraine involves the creation of a buffer zone about 30 km wide, in which there should not be heavy weapons.
