27 hostages "Boko Haram" were released in Cameroon

27 hostages captured this year in Cameroon were released from the captivity of the radical Islamist group of Boko Haram, Reuters reports. Among them - 10 Chinese workers, as well as the wife of the deputy prime minister of Cameroon Amadu Ali, RIA Novosti reports.

A group of the Chinese was abducted by militants in May near the border with Nigeria. The wife of the Deputy Prime Minister and several more people were hostage to the Islamists in July during the attack of militants on the city of Kolofat, recalls the Russian Air Force Service .

In April 2014, over 270 Nigerian schoolgirls stole Boko Haram militants and are now threatened with destabilization of the entire region. The leader of the group proposed to exchange girls for all the arrested militants, but the government of the country refused. At the moment, 57 schoolgirls are reunited with their families, 219 remain hostage with militants.
