The concert of the American Death-Metal group of the Cannibal Corpse group in St. Petersburg was canceled a few hours before the start, according to Fontanka.ru. The organizers say that this happened "for technical reasons."

On Friday, the Cannibal Corpse concert in Nizhny Novgorod was torn as a result of law enforcement agencies. After the performance of five or six songs, people in the form interrupted the concert and cordoned off the hall. According to an eyewitness, "riot police answered only one thing - a call was received that drugs were being distributed at the concert."

The group went to the audience, apologized for what was happening, thanked them and distributed memorable gifts. At the exit of people, a bus was waiting. "We scored a full Pasik" suspects "and took away in an unknown direction," an eyewitness said. Even at the entrance to the club where the event took place, there was not only security, but also the police who carefully searched everyone. In addition, there were several picketers with the symbols of the LDPR with posters "against the performance of extremist groups on Nizhny Novgorod land."

On October 6, the group’s concert was canceled in Ufa . The Directorate of the Club "Agawa", where the performance was scheduled, said that it closed for technical reasons. The concert was transferred to Gafuri Park, but two hours before the start it turned out that this institution could not use lighting equipment due to debts for rent. As a result, it was announced the return of money for tickets.

Earlier it was reported about the request of Orthodox activists to prohibit Cannibal Corpse's performances. Thus, the chairman of the Public Organization of the Orthodox Union, Roman Pluta sent the statements to law enforcement agencies, demanding to recognize as extremist and ban the speeches of musicians in Krasnodar. According to the activist, the texts of their songs "are filled with death, violence, sexual violence and in general the most diverse sexual perversions, necrophilia, cannibalism," and in one of the compositions a call sounds: "Kill priests!".

The prosecutor's office did not find good reason to cancel the group concert in Krasnodar, but warned the organizers about liability for changing the show program. It was confirmed that the Cannibal Corpse group will be performed only by songs that have passed a linguistic examination and do not contain extremist manifestations and calls.

The prosecutor's office also turned to the leadership of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnodar with the demand to timely identify and suppress extremist actions during the concert.

Cannibal Corpse was founded in Buffalo (USA) in 1988. Group albums were prohibited in many countries of the world, including New Zealand, Australia and Germany.
