Jesse War is going to Russia

In February 2015, the British pop singer Jesse Wer will perform in Moscow and St. Petersburg for the first time.

The Moscow concert will be held on February 16 in the club "Chapters", St. Petersburg - on February 17 at the A2 club. According to the organizers, the Pop Farm concert agency, tickets will go on sale on October 17.

Jesse War worked in a newspaper, went on a back vocalist on tour with Jack Penyat, collaborated with SBTRKT and signed up on the Ceremonials (2011) of the Florence and The Machine group.

In the fall of 2011, Jesse War released her first solo single, in August 2012 the release of her first album “Devotion” took place. The single "Wildest Moments" reached 46th place in the British chart of Singles and received the PitchFork Media prize in the "Best New Music" category, and the album itself was nominated for Mercury Prize .

On Monday, October 13, the second studio album Jesse Wer, “Tough Love”, was released in the UK, from which since July it gained 1.6 million views on YouTube and took 34th place in the British chart. Another single from the new album, “Say You Love Me” rose to the 22nd place.
