Poroshenko hopes that the agreement will be reached by October 21, when delegations of Ukraine, Russia and the European Commission will meet in Brussels.

Earlier, Poroshenko said that in Milan negotiations, progress was reached on two more points - the implementation of the Minsk memorandum and the assistance of the elections in the Donbass.

Commenting on the results of negotiations on local elections in the Donbass, Poroshenko emphasized that voting should be held in the territory that is determined by the Minsk protocol as of September 19.
