All three largest Olympic developer Kuban went bankrupt, Vedomosti reports . On September 29, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory recognized the company Tuneldorstroy bankrupt.

The creditor - the Meshorechye company, to which the Sochi developer owed 14 million rubles - only sought to make observation on Tuneldorstroy. However, the only owner of the debtor - the Kuban financial company - in early September decided to liquidate Tuneldorstroy. Therefore, the arbitration immediately opened competitive production at the enterprise - the last stage of bankruptcy procedure.

By the time of bankrupt, the debts of the company amounted to 3.7 billion rubles, of which 1.9 billion were confirmed by court decisions that entered into force. Meanwhile, property and receivables of the organization amounted to only 1.8 billion rubles.

"Tuneldorstroy", founded in Sochi in 1991 on the basis of the Soviet enterprise, was a contractor in the construction of a number of roads for the past Olympics. Meanwhile, at the end of 2013, the owners of this company sold it to the Kuban financial company. The science of this company is representative, accounting, consulting and legal services. Why did the KFK need to purchase a construction company, the general director Alexei Skryglyukov did not explain.

The KFK was founded in 2002 by the Krainvestbank, the owner of which is the Kuban administration, and belonged to this bank until 2011, until it was sold to individuals. Meanwhile, this year, Tonneldorstroy forgave the regional department of 2.1 billion rubles for disruptions of the deadlines for the provision of documentation and sections for the construction of Olympic roads. The department, for his part, forgave the company 1.16 billion rubles for non -compliance with the construction time.

Earlier this year, the other two largest Olympic developers of the region went bankrupt. In February, the Sochi Tunnel detachment - 44 was recognized as bankrupt, in July - Krasnodar KDB. The second of these firms explained huge losses - 1.67 billion rubles - incurred by her in 2013, in particular, the fact that customers of Olympic roads do not reimburse her costs to arrange production bases in Sochi, renting land and premises, as well as residence and food for employees and delivering them to work.
