Ecologist-Politzek Evgeny Vitishko remains in the colony-settlement No. 2 in the village of Sadovy Kirsanovsky district of the Tambov region. Information about the impending transfer of the opposition to a general regime colony was not confirmed. This was reported by the ecological shift in the North Caucasus with reference to their activists Dmitry Gutov and Elena Shmakov, who visited the Police in KP-2 on October 13-15.
Last week, Eokovakhta , citing the Tambov PMC, stated that the KP-2 administration initiated the process of transferring Vitishko into a general regime colony, and he himself does not get in touch with his comrades, since it was quarantined. Employees of the colony, for their part, did not give the Politzek lawyer any explanations about the situation.
Meanwhile, Vitishko told his colleagues that he was not in quarantine, but in previous conditions. He explained that for about two weeks, taxophones did not work in the KP-2, so he had no opportunity to contact the will.
Nevertheless, Ekovakhta notes, the threat of transferring Vitishko to a colony of general regime is still preserved. The KP-2 administration for far-fetched reasons has already imposed eight penalties on the opposition. The presence of penalties of the FSINITS can use in court as an argument in favor of tightening the political collection of the regime for serving the deadline.
According to Dmitry Gutov, the Tambov Federal Penitentiary Service really decided to transfer Vitishko into a general regime colony and for this it remains only to draw up all the necessary documents.
Vitishko, for his part, disputes the illegal actions of the administration. Now in court there are four Politzeck complaints about the penalties.
In the KP-2, Vitishko helps other prisoners in the preparation and sending of cassation complaints, and also indicates the FSINTS to their violations. The human rights activity of the political zone caused irritation of the colony administration. Vitishko received threats from the jailers. Among the penalties imposed on the Politzek was an imprisonment in a schizo. In protest against this measure, the ecologist held a hunger strike .
