The term of detention of Oleg Savvin and Mikhail Feldman, accused in the case of the German flag, has been extended for two months. This decision was made on Monday by the Central District Court of Kaliningrad. The arrest of the third defendant in the case, Dmitry Fonarev, was extended on Friday. This is reported by Mediazona with reference to the activists of the Committee of Public Self-Defense of Kaliningrad.
On March 11 of this year, activists Mikhail Feldman, Oleg Savvin and Dmitry Fonarev hoisted the German flag over the building of the Kaliningrad branch of the FSB. Young people were charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (group hooliganism).
As it became known on October 20, Mikhail Feldman filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights about the violation of his right to freedom and personal integrity.
