© "Bright music"On December 12, the German group Einstürsende Neubauten will perform in the Mir Hall of the St. Petersburg club A2.
She will present her first album “Lament” in seven years, dedicated to the centenary of the First World War, the organizers of the concert, the company “Bright Music” reported.
On the album, which is released on November 7, the songs in the crying genre, combining the sound of the reaghames of the beginning of the last century, the music of Kabarech, the recording of Marlene Dietrich, performing the anti -war anthem and much more, are recorded.
The leader of Einstürzende Neubauten Bargheld emphasizes that “Lament” is not a conceptual or thematic album. The historical impressions that the group collected in the process of working with the material only gave the original impulse for work.
The general idea, according to him, is that the First World War did not essentially end. “War is not what appears and disappears. War is what is always here. Sometimes it sets in motion, sometimes it calms down. It does not suddenly arise, like a plague. She is always here, ”says Bargeld.
