The main deposits of Russian jade are in Buryatia, Khakassia and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The price of nephritis, depending on the quality, can reach 1 thousand dollars - per 1 kg.

For these purposes, the grandfather involved the entire administrative resource: at first, articles appeared in the media about the thieves' lawlessness in Buryatia, then the arrests of the “looking”, subordinating tachy, then several people were killed (crimes were not disclosed). During the Jade War, the FSB officers arrested the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Buryatia, General Viktor Susyur, who allegedly supported criminal authority. As a result, the tahi was “split”, Hassan’s grandfather was shot for the second time in Moscow, and a large state corporation led by a friend of the president was the main supplier of jade in China. According to local businessmen, Muscovites began to sell nephritis at dumping prices and partially brought down the market.

Under the current legislation, first you need to purchase a jade production license and win a vein for the development of core. All this costs a large penny and sometimes the price for nephritic core can jump up to 250 million rubles. We have to take loans at the bank. But it is impossible to “saw” the mountain at once: for three years you need to improve the mine, get permission to cut down trees, build temporary housing for workers, access roads and start equipment.

Businessmen from the Middle Kingdom cannot directly purchase a mine, so they are looking for Russians and those, through bribes to officials, register companies and win competitions.

Bukin calls such “founders” barbarians and arranges ambushes on them. In response, barbarians call him threats or intimidate the workers.

Three years ago, a resident of Krasnoyarsk appeared in these parts a certain Anatoly Bublik and bought three mines. First of all, Krasnoyarsk said that he was supposedly standing high ranks from the FSB and large Moscow businessmen. Bukin made inquiries and found out that some business partners of Bublik are in prison for the preparation of the murder.

“I sent scouts to find out that they were spinning around the bagel,” Toptun squints his eyes. - Former employees of Rosprirodnadzor, slaughter residents and veterans of the KGB, selling “Xivami” turned out to be. However, Bukin underestimated the administrative resource:

- At the beginning of September at night there was a call. The next day, operatives came to Bukin with a search, and workers interrogated at the mine. Moreover, as the hard workers say, they seemed to be forced to sign ready -made readings.

It turns out that Mr. Bublik wrote a statement to the police. Toptun had to strengthen the patrols on the reservoir. He was especially interested in who secretly began to develop Tatyana Zhil, who had not yet been put up for auction. Soon, a signal of a barge of 100 tons of jade in the Joyic pine tree received a signal.
