The court arrested the driver of the Snow -Arms from "Vnukov"

The Basmanny Court of Moscow authorized the arrest of Vladimir Martynenko, a driver of the snowplower machine, which was touched by the President of Total, RIA Novosti reports.

The judge read out a medical certificate, which states that, according to preliminary data from the examination, Martynenko was intoxicated, the final results will be known within five to seven days, TASS reports.

The lawyer of the detainee Alexander Karabanov called these conclusions absurd, since they "were made on the basis of a visual examination by Martynenko by a doctor after the disaster," but there are no results of the tests yet.

The defense asked to place the driver under house arrest, and also offered a deposit of 1 million rubles. According to Interfax, the investigator petitioned Martynenko’s detention until December 21. He presented the court with a medical certificate, according to which the detainee may be detained.

At the trial, the snowman driver said he was feeling his involvement in the disaster. “I feel and know that I don’t go anywhere. I am working with the investigation. I feel that I am involved in this incident. I am very difficult for me now,” he said.

On Thursday in the case of a plane crash in the Moscow Vnukovo airport, four more people were detained. All of them are employees of the airport, reports the Investigative Committee. As the department clarifies, the leading engineer of the airfield service Vladimir Ledenev, who managed the snowmobile, was detained, the flight manager Roman Dunaev, the dispatcher-operator Svetlana Krivsun and the dispatcher Alexander Kruglov. The last three led the air traffic at the time of the plane crash.

In turn, RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the airport, reports that the general director of Vnukov Andrei Dyakov and his deputy Sergei Solntsev left their posts. Also, the replaced Director of the Vnukovo Airport, the head of the operation of the airfield and the leading engineer-leader of the shift, were removed from the duties.

Private aircraft Dassault Falcon 50 broke into Vnukovo on Monday. During takeoff, the plane collided with a snow removal machine and completely burned down. All four people who were on board were killed, including the president of the Total oil company Christoph de Margeri.
