The judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Olga Solopova on Thursday replaced the preventive measure to the nationalist Alexander Belov (Potkin) from the house arrest for a detentionality in the pre -trial detention center until November 30. One of the leaders of Russian nationalists, Alexander Potkin, is accused of legalizing property mined illegally (part 4 of Article 174 of the Criminal Code). Under the house arrest, Potkin was sent a week ago by another judge of the Tver court, Maria Sizintseva.

He added that no medical documents of Potkin were found during the search, and that for health reasons he may be kept in jail. In addition, the nationalist’s wife told the investigators that she does not know where her husband works, as she considers him unemployed.

During the search, the nationalist found credit cards and flash cards with documents for the land plots that he re-registered, the investigator said. According to him, the investigation has already established Protkin’s connection with the Seychelles, where the company was registered on it.

The lawyers of the nationalist Igor Popovsky and Sergey Badamshin objected to a change in the preventive measure, as they considered the investigator’s petition unreasonable. Potkin did not violate the conditions of house arrest, they emphasized.

“I did not hear and did not see new documents with the exception of the case from Kazakhstan, which was allegedly introduced today,” said Lawyer Popovsky.

The lawyer said that "investigators threatened Potkin to arrange problems, calling the surname."

The defenders asked the court not to send Potkin to a pre -trial detention center, but to free them on bail. If the judge leaves a house arrest, then the defense asked to allow the nationalist to visit the clinic.

Potkin himself supported the request for the pledge and complained to the court to his health and asked the court to allow him walks, communication with his relatives and going to the doctor. The nationalist for a long time spoke that he was needed at home, and without him his wife will not be able to finish repairs. “I want to participate in investigative actions. I want to prove my innocence. They still have not even been talking to me on a case in Kazakhstan, ”the defendant said.
