Open lecture by Andrei Makarevich in St. Petersburg

The lecture was supposed to be held in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok, but was canceled - along with other events of the Open Lecture project and a concert of Andrei Makarevich (it was scheduled for November 3, 2014). Prior to this, for various reasons, the speeches of the musician in Samara, Saratov, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk and Tomsk fell off. The abolition of events coincided with the information campaign against Makarevich: he was accused of “propaganda of an anti -Russian position” after a speech in Ukraine in August 2014.
“Open Lecture” is a humanitarian project, which is based on the idea of the widespread accessibility of knowledge, memory and cultural experience. The author of the project is journalist Katerina Gordeeva.
