"Fair Russia" began to prepare for the elections to the State Duma of 2016. The coming campaign was the main theme of the meeting of the Central Council of the party, held on October 27 in Moscow. On the lesson of political formation, the speech of the leader of “Fair Russia” was like only at the very beginning. “NATO continues the expansion to the East, regardless of the national interests of the Russian Federation. The Middle East is blazing. Restless in South Asia. Tension in Africa is growing. The bloody conflict continues near the very boundaries of Russia, ”Mironov wrapped it. - Our Western partners with unprecedented perseverance immerse the world into the atmosphere of the Cold War. A political compromise in these conditions is perceived as weakness. ”

“I want to make clarity to the question of the opposition of our party,” Mironov suddenly said, and the bored delegates from the regions revived. - A joint vote on foreign policy issues does not mean at all that we abandoned our principles, as commentators were written about this. We will continue to maintain the President’s course to create economically independent and strong Russia. But we will resist all attempts to do this by infringing on social rights and guarantees of people. ”

But then Mironov admitted that the joint vote was quite expensive for the party. In the elections in September 2014, Fair Russia showed the worst result in eight years of its existence. Not a single victory in the governor’s elections, the average result in the elections to regional legislative assemblies - 4.12%, in the elections to municipal leash collection - 4.1%. If we project this result to the elections to the State Duma, then the party will not even pass from seven to five percent of the barrier. And, at best, it will be represented by several single -mandate. Whereas in this State Duma of Fair Russia 62 places - in 2011 it gained 13.2% of the vote.

“The main reason is the aggravation of the economic situation and the rallying of people around the president and the party of power [United Russia],” Mironov believes. - Many were surprised that the campaigns spent brilliant, and the result was bad. They themselves are to blame - they could not mobilize and bring the voter to the sites. " In this situation, Mironov considered it necessary to share the liberal parties-“Yabloko” and “RPR-Parnas”, which in those elections “completely marginalized”.

In September 2015, the party is going to take part in at least 13 governor elections and in 11 elections to regional parliaments. “If we do not show a decent result, the starting positions before the elections to the State Duma will be minus,” Mironov admitted.

Unable to play well, “Fair Russia” now hopes to have time to change the rules of the game. The plans are: to achieve the cancellation of the minimum passing barrier and the transfer of a single voting day from autumn to spring. The voter who is running in the sake of beds is a common nightmare of opposition Duma parties; They are very offended that they are always preferred by beds. Sergei Mironov personally made an amendment to elected legislation: he wants to sharply limit the possibilities for early voting. Mironov wants to prevent party members who either did not participate in the campaigns earlier or did not achieve success in them. The party advocates a progressive tax system, for the fight against offshores (this is anti-state taking into account sanctions) and for monitoring not only over income, but also over the expenses of officials in full accordance with the 20th article of the UN Convention on Combating Corruption (so, however, not ratified in Russia).

Dear for a short while on this topic, Sergey Mironov went to Ukraine and from there no longer returned. The party fully recognizes the Donetsk and Lugansk “People’s Republics”, where people “with weapons in their hands defend their right to speak Russian and will not obey the criminal will of those figures from Kyiv, who, in turn, serve the will of their masters from the ocean.” The “fascists”, according to him, will stop only the bayonet and bullet of the militias of Novorossia. The delegates clapped, but not that very much.

The debate began - five -minute speeches of regional representatives. In the case of Fair Russia, this is a knowingly conflict situation. As a rule, regional residents are in a much more stringent confrontation with local authorities than the leadership of the party-with federal ones. The most ardent opposition from the party either cleaned up or forced to sharply change the rhetoric. But this was not enough.

The Rostov State Duma deputy Mikhail Emelyanov humiliated the Federal Party Gazeta, on which hundreds of thousands of rubles were allocated - and all this "for the sake of one thousand subscribers who had never called or did not write to the editorial office." The deputy urged to purchase advertising areas in regional media and act more actively on social networks. Given that we live in 2014, the proposal should be recognized even conservative.

The delegates complained that party leaders were the first to come to the Crimea, ahead of other parties, and in the September elections “Fair Russia” could not overcome the minimum barrier. Oleg Shein from Astrakhan predicted the inevitable protests because of the aggravating economic situation, but was afraid that they would lead their “neoliberals”, not the socialists. However, the Mironov sitting on the Presidium did not look like a person who was burning to lead any protest.

So far, the comrades from Fair Russia acted one after another in the same tone, which was long excluded from the party and the Gennady Gudkov, expelled from the State Duma, commented on the Ukrainian elections on Twitter: “I envy the Ukrainians, they have passed real elections and there is a prospect of creating a normal country.
