The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed the Cheburashka speaker system to suppress the riots. She received such a name due to the external resemblance of two speakers with the ears of the character Eduard Uspensky.

The device is able to make sounds of such a volume that people cannot be next to him for more than five minutes. In addition, Cheburashka can shoot with smoke bombs and light -school grenades.

Special means of power structures are often called with a certain share of humor. For example, there are handcuffs “Tenderness”, clubs “Argument” and “Surprise”, the prickly wire “Egoza” and others.

The Cheburashka system is able to work effectively at a distance of 50 to 70 meters and is designed to accelerate the participants in the riots.
