Peskov: Putin is healthy

Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov denied reports of health problems with Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports. “They won’t wait, they are a type on their tongue. Everything is fine,” Peskov said in a request to comment on the reports that appeared in the Western media that Putin was seriously ill.

According to the New York Post, Putin is sick with pancreatic cancer.

In 2012, Putin’s serious injury was repeatedly reported. In November, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda postponed his official visit to Moscow for an indefinite period due to "poor health of President Vladimir Putin." The visit was scheduled for December.

On November 27, 2012, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he could not play hockey with Putin due to the injury of the spine of the latter. “I know that he has a problem. He loves judo. He raised a guy, made a throw and turned the spine,” Lukashenko said.
