“Orekhovsky” is a symbol of organized crime of the 1990s, bandits of the New Age. "Nuts" fell into news reports more often than politicians; These are the essence of that time.

The era of the Moscow organized crime group was loud and fleeting. The leader of the “Orekhovsky” Sylvester was blown up in his own “Mercedes” back in 1994. The group spent the second half of the decade in internecine wars for the place of the leader. The survivors settled in Spain and led the business from there, but they failed to avoid criminal prosecution.

The leaders of “Orekhovsky” are either dead, or are serving long time in Russian prisons. The last of the leaders at large was Dmitry Belkin.

On October 22, 2014, Belkin was sentenced to life imprisonment. However, the murders related to the business of “Orekhovskiy” did not stop there: two days later the body of the deputy director of the Odintsovo market was found. This market is considered the last “asset” of organized crime groups.

Early on the morning of October 24, entering the near Moscow Elite village in the area of ​​the village of Uspenskoye (Odintsovo district of the Moscow region) resembled the filming of Crime Russia. The priority version of the murder is the struggle for control of the Odintsovo market, which, since its founding in 1993, fell under the care of the “Orekhov” organized criminal group. Vitaliy Moiseev coordinated the work of market lawyers in arbitration, trying to prevent the appearance of people associated with “Orekhov” in the list of founders.

Only in 2014, five people have already been killed in the struggle for this near Moscow. In addition to the lawyer Moiseev and his wife, this is the famous Moscow lawyer Tatyana Akimtseva (killed in September in Moscow with a driver), as well as a personal driver of the co -owner and general director of the Odintsovo Compound Sergey Zhurba (shot in July in Odintsovo).

In 2014, they also attacked the journal itself in 2014-a killer from a sniper rifle from a distance of 250 meters hit him in his back when the entrepreneur, surrounded by the guards, entered his office. The businessman miraculously survived. At the same time, Zhurba was under state protection - as a witness in the case of the last non -leading leader of the “Orekhov gang” - Dmitry Belkin, nicknamed Belok.

Protein managed to spend 12 years on the run; In 2011, he was detained in Spain, and then transferred to Russia. Life in Europe “Orekhovsky” Belkin was provided with money from the Odintsovo market, whose founders were his wife and mother.

A few hours before the murder of Vitaly Moiseev, Belok was sentenced to life imprisonment - for organizing 22 murders. But few will undertake to say that this sentence will stop the last war of “Orekhov”.

“Nuts”, as Orekhov-Medvedkov’s bandits were called for the eyes, is a classic Moscow criminal gang. The godfather of “nuts” was the former tractor driver from Novgorod village Klin Sergey Timofeev, who served in Sportrot. He arrived in the capital “according to the Limit”, lived in a hostel on Shipilovskaya Street in a non-proclaimed working area of ​​Orekhovo-Borisovo and worked as a sports instructor in the Glavromstroy.

Timofeev was born on July 18, 1955. He went to the rocking chair and was engaged in the semi -underground at that time karate. His work, obviously, was weighed down. Everything changed in the mid-1980s, when Timofeev met with the local Orekhovo-Borisovskiy Spanny.

Shipilovskaya street actually became the birthplace of “Orekhovsky octopus”. At first, Timofeev was known as Serega Novgorod. Among the friends of Sylvester are the “foremen” Sergey Ionitsa (Shlep) and the brothers Alexander and Leonid Kleshchenko (Uzbek Jr. and Uzbek Sr.). Like Sylvester, they did not crawl out of the rocks. However, the main occupation of the Trinity was the “tables”, which were played in thimbles. The game was at the Belgrade department store - it was already a serious criminal business, which was controlled by structured gangster brigades.

Sylvester, Ionian and the Kleschenko brothers earned money exclusively with a criminal way - "bred suckers into grandmas." In the brigade there was a rigid hierarchy and a clear distribution of roles on the “lower” and “upper”, that is, thumbnails themselves and lodging players, inciting excitement. Supporting were required for support - without conflict situations it was not a day.

Sylvester was much older than the rest of the “Orekhovskiy”-in the late 80s he was already far over 30. Ionitsa was eight years younger than Sylvester, the rest were even younger, while the native of the Novgorod region was clearly smarter and more experienced than his Moscow friends.

Gradually, Sylvester began to turn his group into a future criminal cartel. The composition was placed on athletes; Soon her backbone was composed by Pentabolian Igor Abramov (dispatcher), boxing champion of boxing Oleg Kalistratov (Kalistrat), hockey player Igor Chernakov (Dvornik), president of the Powerlifting Association and the future head coach of the Russian national team for this sport Sergey Ananievsky (culture), as well as his friend, bodybuilder Sergei Volodin (dragon). All of them will be shot in the midst of the 1990s.

It is said that almost on the first day of Sylvastre’s work near Belgrade, a skirmish with Azerbaijanis from the local market occurred. It is difficult to say whether this episode influenced Sylvester, but he will enter the history of criminal Moscow as a fierce enemy of the Caucasians - his brigade will always conflict with them; And first of all - with Chechens and Azerbaijanis.

Sylvester did not stop the conflict with the Azerbaijanis, his grouping confidently went uphill. Sylvester, who gained strength, realized that the criminal business should be diversified. Soon, “Orekhovsky” began to overplay the tribute of taxi drivers, “bombing” at the metro station “Domodedovskaya”, “Kashirskaya” and “South-West”, took “under themselves” stalls and gas stations and actively invaded the Leninsky district of the Moscow Region, as well as the Domodedovo airport. The usual thimbles were not forgotten.

Sylvester's tables were already at all major department stores of the Southern District, including the Polish Fashion, Leipzig, Electronics and Belgrade. The expansion did not go smoothly-friction with the Caucasians began again, and in 1989, “Orekhovsky” militant Alexander Stepanov (Dermantin) committed, perhaps, the first custom murder of “nuts”. On the night of September 1, 1989, in the courtyard of the school, he shot one of the relatives of the Chechen thief in the Law of Hussein Akhmadov (Hussein Blindy) from the Dedovsky machine gun Degtyarev at point blank range. Dermantine then caught the police, even before the introduction of the moratorium on the death penalty, he was sentenced to death, but then replaced the highest measure of punishment for a prison term - according to rumors, for a bribe.

Sylvester understood that without the support of neighboring gangs, to withstand the united “alien” ethnic groups with their huge number of relatives ready to rise at the first call. Therefore, he actively began to look for allies for the war. The main partner of the “Orekhovsky” are Solntsevo racketeers.

In the same 1989, Sylvester, along with the legendary natives of Solntsev Sergey Mikhailov (Mikhas) and Viktor Averin (Aver-Sr.), became a defendant in the case of extorting money from the Niva cooperative. Mikhas and Averin were avoided at that time, and the leader of the “Orekhovsky” fell into the “sailor silence”, and then served three years in a colony in the Tver region.

Having been released, Sylvester became indisputable authority in the gang and with new forces set to establish his orders in the south of Moscow. “Nuts”, according to eyewitnesses, simply “flew off the coils”. An example of their methods is the murder of a 50-year-old fabric criminal Viktor Kogan (Monya), holding a slot machine hall on Yeletskaya Street. On April 13, 1993, “Orekhovsky” came to him with a demand “to share for the roof”. In response, Monya gave a lecture on the structure of the criminal world, according to which he will never pay. Monya was listened to, after which young people with bats entered the hall and smashed all the equipment; Kogan and his bodyguard were defiantly shot (one of the Orekhovsky died during this operation).

“Nuts” themselves suffered losses-in February 1993, in the cafe “Kashirskoye” and “Kiparis” during fierce shootings, six members of the group were killed, Oleg Kalistratov “Freacle of Fr. Kalistratov killed“ on August 17, 1993. A little later, a friend of Sylvester Leonid Kleshchenko was shot near the house.

New allies

On August 31, 1993, an emergency meeting was held in the police department of the Southern District: confused policemen (some of them, at the Sales near the “Orekhovsky”), discussed how to stop the gangster war in the capital. And then Timofeev played a new role - he stopped the squeezes with his neighbors under the banner of the struggle with Caucasian criminals.

“Orekhovsky” received several new allies - the Kurgan group (including then the little -known Killer Alexander Solonik - Sasha Macedon), as well as the Medvedkovskaya brigade, which from friends in a rocking champion Greyyatinsky (Grisha North), joined their cartel. Medvedkovsky are also from the athletes, but among them there are experienced military personnel, including the gentleman of the Order of the Courage of Alexei Sherstobitov (Lesha Soldier), who will soon lead the Brigade of Medvedkovsky killers.

Around 1993, the Orekhovsky brigade, headed by Dmitry Belkin (Belok), also joined the Kostyak by special forces, including Alexander Pustovalov (Sasha Soldier) and Oleg Pronin (Al Capone), as well as the former Suvorovets and graduate of the Ligrad Military-Space Academy named after Mozhaisky Marat Polyansky.

The military went to the bandits exclusively for the sake of easy money. Marat Polyansky later said in interrogations: having got into the distribution of nuclear research at the Research Institute in the Sergiev Posad near Moscow, he did not want to "live on a male nationwide." “I understood that they would not let me leave the group, and I was not afraid to kill and regarded it as a simple way to earn money,” Polyansky explained to investigators.

He also explained his appearance in the brigade and Lesha soldier-he received $ 40 thousand in the server of the 1990s in the server of the 1990s; He treated the need to kill as the "costs of the profession."

However, if the CENTER Gusyatinsky and his “Medvedkovsky” came to Sylvester for ideological reasons - in order to combat ethnic groups, then the protein joined the “nuts” from hopelessness. In his native Odintsovo, the “Golyanov” group crushed almost all profitable enterprises for itself. The ambitious Belkin could not do anything with this - and eventually joined the “Orekhov” criminal cartel, hoping for the authority and support of Sylvester. In return, the protein proposed the help of their special forces, who, unlike athletes, are well able to handle weapons.

Together with the protein, Sergey Butorin (Osia) came to the gang. The former warrant officer of the Odintsovo Stroybat, a good boxer, who then worked as a bouncer in the “Scarlet Flower” cafe, he met Sylvester in 1990. Osia, along with his brother, robbed the famous collector Viktor Magids and tried to sell his paintings to someone. In the process of searching for the buyer, he met Sylvester, and subsequently entered his environment.

In the early 1990s, Sylvester also appeared “his Mer Lansky”-Grigory Lerner, his own “Orekhovskaya group accountant” of the “Orekhov group”. Lerner is a graduate of Moscow State University, who has served for fraud; He owned the Bank "Partner", moved around the city at the "Mercedes" and made the impression of Frant and Pighon.

Legal business

Lerner was a successful swindler who convinced Sylvester to actively invest “dirty” “Orekhov” money in a legal business. He introduced the criminal authority to his secretary - the former bartender of the cosmetic salon "Ginseng" Olga Zhlobinskaya. Sylvester later married her, took her last name and, with her help, received a passport of a citizen of Israel. Sylvester generally often began to visit abroad and move more on a successful businessman than on a criminal boss.

It was Lerner who showed Sylvester the possibility of banking operations and investing in large projects - and the former tractor driver quickly realized that they were bringing more money at times than the usual raids and racketeering.

In 1993, Sylvester completed the installation of his powerful criminal empire. Under her control: the largest markets of the capital-Prague, Dorogomilovsky, Tushinsky, Mitinsky and Pokrovsky, Russian Gold, MV-Bank and Capital Express Bank, their private weapons and travel agency, through which “Orekhovskiy” began to buy Greek passports. The wife of Sylvester Zhlobinskaya was appointed chairman of the board of the Moscow Trade Bank, who was engaged in washing money.

Sylvester began to actively work in Novgorod and invest in the oil business. By agreement with the Uralmashev group from Yekaterinburg, he changed his share from income at the Domodedovo airport to participate in the metallurgical enterprises of the Urals. In 1993, “nuts” even tried to establish the supply of Russian aircraft engines for Air Force Air Force aircraft. The project failed due to the greed of an intermediary, former official Alexander Chernukhin. His Sylvester ultimately ordered to eliminate-Alexei Sherstobitov laid a grenade F-1 with a radio-controlled fuse in the elevator elevator.

“Orekhovsky” were the most powerful grouping of the capital, which earned $ 20-25 million a year and stiffly dealt with competitors.

“Orekhovsky” victims were never considered. For example, in the Odintsovo “dream”, during an attempt on the authority of Mingazov, four outsiders were killed. The leader of “Orekhovsky” did not share the criminal oil refining business with Kvantrishvili, including the Tuapse Oil Refinery. With the future head of the Security Council and the Gray Cardinal of Russian politics, the authority quarreled due to money. On March 16, 1994, the Moscow Trading Bank of Orekhovsky sold AVVA Berezovsky two of its bills of 500 million rubles with a maturity of April 6, but then he refused to pay them. Berezovsky, having connected his connections in the Moscow Ruop, insisted on a return of this money.

Sylvester dealt with Kvantrishvili in April 1994: at the exit from the Krasnopresnensky baths, Kvantrishvili shot a soldier.

Тимофеева похоронили на Хованском кладбище, на «ореховской аллее», где вскоре вырос целый некрополь из приближенных Сильвестра (сравнимый лишь с длинным рядом бандитских могил на Баныкинском кладбище в Тольятти).

Похоронив босса, «орехи» начали уничтожать друг друга в борьбе за власть. Победителями вышли Сергей Буторин (Ося) вместе с братьями Пылевыми — за несколько месяцев они устранили всех, кто мешал занять вакантное место во главе криминальной имерии.

Сперва были убиты главные претенденты — Дракон и Культик, присоединившиеся к Сильвестру в «раннюю эпоху». Лидер «медведковских», бывший чекист Гусятинский сбежал в Киев, где его в 1995-м застрелил Леша Солдат.

Затем пришла очередь бригадиров поменьше, включая Александра Солоника. Ося поселил его на нашпигованной «жучками» вилле в Греции с любовницей Светланой Котовой. Лернер даже написал новому главарю «ореховских» письмо:

Никогда я не работал с Сильвестром за „боюсь“ и не платил за „боюсь“. И не буду, даже если вы еще четырех шнырей по углам посадите. Ни Дима, ни Юра, ни Миша, ни Культик, ни Дракон не позволяли себе устраивать со мной такие встречи. Вы оскорбили меня до самого сердца, и С. Тем не менее, Осе удалось добиться своего. Хотя и неизвестно, каким образом. В конечном итоге Лернер передал управление счетами Сильвестра Осе и братьям Пылевым, превратив их в мультимиллионеров.

«Ореховские» на покое

В 1995 году, посчитав, что дело сделано, Ося инсценировал собственную смерть. Поставив себе надгробие на Николо-Архангельском кладбище, Ося уехал с Пылевыми и Маратом Полянским в Испанию, где преступники обосновались и накупили недвижимости.

Основой «ореховской» империи в это время стала компания «Русское золото», которая в то время, по словам ее руководителя Александра Таранцева, занималась торговлей, строительством и эксплуатацией торговых центров. А саму компанию представители группировки открыто считали своей.

К Таранцеву, впрочем, претензий у следователей так и не появилось — бизнесмен официально проходил по делу «орехов» как потерпевший. Все тот же Леша Солдат в 1999 году соорудил дистанционно управляемый автомат для покушения на главу «Русского золота», который попытался выйти из-под опеки «орехов». Но покушение сорвалось — самопальный механизм, устройство которого Леша Солдат подсмотрел в фильме «Шакал», заклинило.

Разгром «ореховских» начался в 1998 году, когда по приказу Белкина был убит военный следователь Юрий Керезь: Белок предлагал ему за $1 млн закрыть дело против них, а следователь отказался.

Против «орехов» бросили профессионалов из управления по расследованию бандитизма и убийств Московской прокуратуры, легендарный «бандитский отдел». За два года следователи, арестовав многих боевиков и бригадиров, полностью раскрыли весь механизм банды и начали охоту за ее лидерами.

В 2001-м Ося и его верный телохранитель Марат Полянский были арестованы в пригороде Марбелья в Испании на выходе из публичного дома с сумками, набитыми оружием. Чуть позже арестовали братьев Пылевых — всех их в итоге экстрадировали в Россию, где начались длительные суды над «орехами».

Буторин и Олег Пылев были приговорены к пожизненному, Андрей Пылев получил 24 года, киллеров банды осудили на длительные сроки.

Всего доказаны более полусотни убийств, причем почти половина из жертв — «свои», которых лидеры «ореховских» в конце 1990-х приказывали убивать, считая, что содержание банды им слишком дорого обходится.

Сейчас на свободе осталось около десятка «ореховских». Последним неосужденным главарем банды был Белок, а последним активом группировки — подконтрольный ему Одинцовский рынок.

Судя по количеству жертв, война за рынок явно будет затяжной и беспощадной, и прекратить ее уже некому — подмосковная полиция и местное управление СКР явно с этой задачей не справляется. Столичное «бандитское управление», которое и разгромило «орехов» в начале 2000-х, разогнано два года назад — после того, как его сотрудники отказались подписывать обвинительное заключение боксеру Расулу Мирзаеву.

Практически все следователи управления уволены из органов.
