Those detained near the Russian State Medical University left the police department

Protocols were drawn up against Yulia Chebakova and Alexei Parshukov under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The detainees filed a complaint due to the fact that protocols for their delivery to the police department and detention were not drawn up, and in addition to the fact that they were kept for more than three hours in the police department (however, in accordance with the new amendments, which toughen punishment for violations at mass events, as a punishment under Part 2 of Article 20.2, administrative arrest is possible, in which case the detainees can be kept in the police department for up to two days; nevertheless, the detention was not properly formalized). Chebakova and Parshukov are waiting for subpoenas.
