So this is a sad column, in it there is a farewell to a light, soundless and unrelated attitude towards a stranger, almost anonymous nonsense. Maybe the point is that the proposal became extremely exceeding demand and overstocking arose? He will not become a meme “Self -Loach” from Kursk Rospotrebnadzor. The words “year after year and step by step” will not become them - this is how the Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation N. Nikiforov just described how to counteract threats to the “national segment of the network”. In fact, these are their (well, authors and the same victory as they), an easy attitude towards all that is canceled. And they will not feel this victory. Nobody tried specially, they will not even understand what it was about.
