“Bashneft” was taken from Vladimir Yevtushenkov. Without a special criminal violence, but simply by a decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court. This, of course, is bad news - at least for him and AFK “System”. But at the same time, it is to some extent good news for owners and employees of oil companies. From now on, obviously, it was decided not to tear out oil companies with blood from unscrupulous and disloyal owners, but very carefully amputated: to conduct a laparoscopic operation under deep anesthesia. The patient woke up - and he has a leg, pah, an oil company is amputated.

Thus, according to the results of the amputation of Bashneft (I hope that no one doubts that it was finally amputated) can draw several preliminary conclusions about those rules of the game, which, apparently, are apparently established for owners of Russian oil and other tapense companies. That is, the rules, how, in the event that I will take these companies and how to behave at the same time in order to avoid the worst.

Rule one: if a doctor has already come to you, relax. Do not resist, appeal to the world community, write to the UN and the European Court, shout that the persecution is political and you are taken away by overwhelming labor. No need to deceive either yourself or the gullible public - you, dear gentlemen, oil (and not only oil) oligarchs, not gates, and not jobs. And none of you with honest work has earned an oil company and honestly did not buy. Whatever you try to talk about unfair, but formally legal rules of privatization.

Therefore, gentlemen, the oligarchs and the undersivershahi, fall asleep a simple lesson: do not twitch during surgery and interfere with the doctor who was sent to you - only you will do it worse. And after ten years in Mordovia you will write on Twitter on retirement from the shores of Lake Geneva. And if you relax, it will not hurt much. Three or four years conditionally with good anesthesia. If, of course, you will not begin to scribble statements to Strasbourg with dope.

The second rule: the time of action of the principle of “assets in exchange for loyalty” irrevocably ended. Dear Russian oligarchs earned on privatized assets already so many that lifelong lootal to the regime of even their great -great -great -grandfathers and all illegitimate children. In the end, the possession of an oil company can be completely equated to the Baron title and the estate proposed to it. As in good medieval times in some feudal country: so far you are correct and honestly serve the sovereign-you have a title and a castle, but was in a crusade-give it to another. And no particular injustice in the application of this principle has been seen for centuries.

So now in Russia: they sold you a good oil company at a low price, so you decide the question - to pay the state yourself, disperse before the investigation, tell me about the true guilty. And the respected Mr. Yevtushenkov instead hoped that for the so -called loyalty he would write off an additional several billion dollars. But here the comrades Bastrykin and the Seagull corrected him. And respected owners of all kinds of doubtfully acquired assets should be concluded from this: shouting for “United Russia” and Crimeanash is already not enough, it is necessary to take the currency, otherwise they will send the doctor. So, most likely, in the near future we will see a wave of attempts to either get rid of risky assets or “cleanse” them.

The third rule: your problems do not end with the company’s weaning. It is necessary not only to continue to demonstrate loyalty, but also to actively “cleanse” and dissociate themselves from those who fell into you in a bad story with risky assets. For example, the adultery situation develops as a result of the amputation of Bashneft: will AFC “System” sue Mr. Rakhimov. After all, if you follow the logic of lawyers Mr. Yevtushenkov, the cunning Bashkir Bai slipped the AFK obviously spoiled goods. And the “system” about all the atrocities that were created by the Lord Rakhimov was not aware. So to speak, I bought it, woke up, and here it owns a cheap oil company.

And the Investigative Committee, together with the General Prosecutor's Office, revealed to Mr. Yevtushenkov his eyes on what bad people he had to deal with. Well, why you are not a reinforced concrete basis for a lawsuit in a fair Western court: return to unjustifiably acquired, Mr. Ural Rakhimov, and even with interest. There is nowhere to go from Austria Rakhimov, so you have to answer. It is also impossible to hide the money from the gap eyes of the Western court: they will force everything to tell and arrest assets around the world, as it was already with Ablyazov and Pugachev.

In a word, Yevtushenkov’s hands are at least three aces. But if AFK “System” does not file such a lawsuit based on the results of the amputation of “Bashneft”, then any third -party observer may arise in doubts about the sincerity of the words of Mr. Yevtushenkov and his colleagues that they did not know anything about the problems of “Bashneft” and the low price of the transaction. It would be very curious to see that Yevtushenkov and Rakhimov will be told in the Western court about each other.

It may turn out no less curious than the Berezovsky fight with Abramovich in the London court, when we learned, how much Abramych “put the roof” to Arkadyevich. And then after all, if Mr. Yevtushenkov needs to sit out, then the Prosecutor General’s Office through the same Arbitration Court may require all the dividends paid by “Bashneft” with interest. And then definitely the whole “system”.

And in conclusion, I just want to congratulate several dozen of my former colleagues from Yukos, who are currently working at Bashneft. Yes, guys, maybe you are not very lucky and after the New Year you will have to look for a new job, and you will most likely be left without an annual bonus. But believe me, to avoid re -getting into the arms of a strict and fundamental Russian investigation is very expensive. The correct surgical amputation is better than death from the criminal law gangrene. And Mr. Yevtushenkov, God forbid, will buy a new oil company for himself - correct.
