The ex-director of the Logistics “Yves East” Sergey Averyanov at a meeting of the Zamoskvoretsky court said that the company during cooperation had no complaints about the “chief signature agency”, organized by the brothers Oleg and Alexei Navalny. This was reported by RAPSI. Averyanov, summoned to the court as a witness to the charges in the so -called Yves Rocher case, said that the tariffs at which the General Subscribed carried out the transportation of goods were mid -market. He recalled that the company of the Navalny brothers since 2008 provided Yves Rocher services for interaction with the Russian Post.

Averyanov noted that the contract with the company was “absolutely standard” and all tariffs in it were recorded. He did not call violations in the implementation of the terms of the contract.

“The terms of the contract were carried out,” Averyanov answered the question of lawyer Oleg Navalny Kirill Polozov about whether he considers “Yves Rocher” “himself deceived by the carrier company.”

The case of the theft of the funds of the company "Yves Roche Vostok" against Alexei and Oleg Navalny has been listening in the Zamoskvoretsky court for almost two months. The brothers are accused of embezzlement of 26 million rubles from Yves Rocher Vostok and another 4 million rubles for the company a multidisciplinary processing company. According to investigators, the brothers forced the French company to conclude a deliberately unprofitable contract for transportation, which is why Yves Rocher lost 26.7 million rubles. At the same time, the case file has a statement by the French company, which states that there were no damage from the concluded contracts. The defendants themselves deny the fact of damage and call the process political.
