Work sketch of Florian Count "Concrete Volume"Within the framework of the Krasnoyarsk Fair of Book Culture (October 31 - November 4), two installations of the Swiss artist Florian Graf - “Game Field” and “Concrete Volume” will be presented
Florian Graf was born in Basel in 1980, studied architecture at the Higher Teaching School of Zurich, then studied at London, Edinburgh and the Chicago Institute of Arts. He explores the relationship of space and man, creating provocative installations and involving the audience in a performance. His work “Game Field” is a huge chess scene, on which chairs are placed instead of chess figures. The rules of the game, the roles of the king or boat, everyone chooses himself. The second installation “Concrete volume” is a monumental column cross, a nine-meter abstract sculpture, which enters into a dialogue with the building of the Krasnoyarsk Museum Center and Krasnoyarsk cliffs.
