Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov claims that he visited the positions of the militants of the Donetsk People’s Republic at the Donetsk airport, where he shot from the large -caliber machine gun "Utes" at the positions of the forces of the ATO. According to Porechenkov, he came to support the militias. It is also argued that he brought them medications. Meanwhile, according to the correspondent of the Los Angeles Times, Sergei Loiko, fierce battles continue in the building of the Donetsk airport.

The ATO press center reported that on October 30, militants continued to shell the Donetsk airport, as well as the residential quarters of Kirovo and Kirovsky.

In Donetsk, Porechenkov will present the film "Poddubny", in which he played a title role. The Russia 1 TV channel also reports that Porechenkov visited the front line.

On October 27, Russian singer Joseph Kobzon gave a concert in Donetsk. In the final of the Kobzon concert and the Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" Alexander Zakharchenko jointly performed the song "I love you, life."
