Roskomnadzor issued a warning to Echo of Moscow

Roskomnadzor found in the program "With Your Eyes" on "Echo of Moscow" information "justifying the practice of committing war crimes." The agency issued a warning to both the radio station itself and its website, which was registered as a separate media outlet.

The program was released on October 29th. In the program, journalists Sergei Loiko from the Los Angeles Times and Timur Olevsky from Dozhd talked about the battles for the Donetsk airport.

What exactly is the claim of Roskomnadzor is unknown. The decryption has now been removed from the site.

The radio station intends to appeal the warning.

Echo of Moscow

• In March 2014, Ekho Moskvy closed the blog of oppositionist Alexei Navalny on its website. The editors had to do this, since Roskomnadzor blocked access to a separate blog, and reprints were published on the radio station's website. For several hours, the Ekho Moskvy website was blocked.
