After a stubborn citizen sat for 20 hours in his Mazda, the Russians were literally taken aback and they stood up to defend their four-wheeled property in all ways available to them, even to the point of massacre .

Why is that so? But because our citizens expect humane treatment. And the evacuation procedure is soulless. It looks as if it was invented not to clear up urban space and ease traffic, but to cause us as much material damage and moral suffering as possible.”
