
In the Voronezh region, in the village of Gribanovsky, Gennady Bashlykov was detained - chairman of the "Union of Citizens of the Gribanovsky District".
He, together with the honored farmer of Russia Nikolai Ursashev on October 31, handed over to the head of the district administration Alexander Polnikov an open letter of local residents with a call to resign.
Prior to this, activists conducted single pickets with the slogans "Polnikov should leave" and "The convicted Polnikov has no place in power."
As soon as Bashlykov left the administration building, he was detained by the police.
The radio freedom of the Union of Citizens of the Gribanovsky District, who received the Radio of Radio, says that their leader Gennady Bashlykov is a prisoner of conscience. Activists called on journalists to tell about this case of violations of constitutional rights by the authorities and reported that they had already prepared an appeal to the human rights organization of Amnesty International.
