Conditions for participation in the competition:
- The Presidential company should be a startup not older than 3 years .
- The Pretendent company should have regular sales (in the Global Startup nominations, Best Fintech Startap, Best Internet Startap ), or the product should be completely ready for sales (in the nominations "Best Hardware Startup", "Best Socially significant startup", "Team of the Year" ).
- Companies that are subsidiaries of large business enterprises are not allowed to participate.
- One company can apply in a maximum of 3 nominations .
- The company cannot participate in the competition if in previous years the company was a finalist of the award .

Best Hardware Startup is a startup that has built a business based on the most promising technology. Thanks to this technology, the company nominated for the award has reached significant competitive advantages in its market or in its niche. The presence of a patent for technology is welcome.
The global startup is a company that has made steps to withdraw its product or services to the global market and preferably already sales on the international market. Received investments from foreign investors and recognition of international experts.
The best socially significant startup is a company whose business improves the level and quality of society and is aimed at solving socially significant problems. Attention, charitable organizations are not considered in this nomination, as well as companies whose commercial client is only the state.
The best fintech startup is a team that made the best financial service in 2014. A startup working in the Fintech field is a business related to the provision of financial services online. Examples of such services: companies that are engaged in the provision of software and financial services to other companies, or for example, working with private clients.
The team of the year is a startup, in which, according to the jury, the best team was selected, which together successfully conducts projects and develops a startup in 2014. The nomination was created to emphasize the importance of teamwork in business development.
The best Internet startup is a team that has succeeded in 2014, the work of which is carried out only on the Internet. Internet startups include companies that provide services only online. Examples of such companies can be: online stores, recommendation services, mobile applications, etc. You can apply for the Startup of the Year Award until October 30.
