Germany: there will be no early abolition of sanctions against Moscow

Zaibert explained the impossibility of lifting sanctions by the fact that Russia recognized illegal “elections” in the Donetsk and Lugansk “People’s Republics”, held on Sunday. “It is incomprehensible that Russian officials declare respect and even recognition of these so -called elections,” said Zubert.

If the situation worsens, the press secretary Merkel added, new sanctions against Russia may also be required.

The Foreign Ministry of China also made a statement on the respect of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The official representative of the department, Hua Chunin, assured that Beijing "consistently advocated non -interference in the internal affairs of other states." Thus, China made it clear that he did not recognize the "elections" in "DPR" and "LPR", since they did not go according to the laws of Ukraine.
