Krasnoyarsk mayor's office will not be able to save money on the misfortune of citizens

Vladimir Solovey, a fire victim from a Krasnoyarsk skyscraper with a falsified facade and the hero of the article “Glare of a Candle” (“New” dated October 24), said that the governor of the region Viktor Tolokonsky invited him to a conversation: “In front of me, he gave a scolding to the mayor of the city and the head of the social protection department cities. He instructed to pay the amount that was not given to my family, and about payments to 34 more families. Now we have to wait for the execution of the governor's instructions.

On the same day, the regional prosecutor's office reported that the protection of the rights of fire victims was taken under control. It is confirmed that some of them were denied financial assistance by the mayor's office due to their lack of registration in the burnt house. In connection with the infringement of their rights, the city prosecutor's office challenged the bureaucratic decision: The regulation on the procedure for using budgetary allocations does not contain as a mandatory condition the registration of a citizen at the place of emergency. The prosecutor's protests have already been satisfied, and now the mayor's office will pay financial assistance to three (according to the prosecutor's office) residents of the ill-fated house, previously kicked by it.

In addition, the order to allocate additional financial assistance to the fire victims - 8 million rubles - was signed by the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov. This is about 70 thousand for each victim. Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations transferred 16 million for the repair of departmental apartments (this is the first tranche).

I tried to get an appointment with the mayor Edkham Akbulatov, however, it turns out that he does not receive the citizens who elected him at all. His deputies meet with people once a month, there are only 6 of them. And you still have to sign up. This is for a city of a million people! Is the mayor afraid of his voters? We live in a country where ordinary people are of no use to anyone.” In fact, this state of affairs is the norm. Krasnoyarsk has long lost the habit of the management style demonstrated by the new head of the region - with a personal reception of citizens and public scolding of officials and businessmen.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the conclusion of the examination: the materials of the hinged ventilated facade on the burned-out "candle" are moderately flammable (G3 instead of the prescribed G1). Thus, the conclusions of Stroynadzor were confirmed: the facade was made of materials with a high fire hazard.

Also, an independent examination in Omsk previously showed that out of 17 buildings that it was decided to check, 16 are fire hazardous due to falsified composite panels. It has been established that the applied composite does not meet the fire resistance requirements. Governor Tolokonsky ordered the Pozhnadzor to be involved in the acceptance of houses.
